What we keep
Your email, the name you choose, your Passport preferences, the places you save and vote for, your Work Checks, and your bookings. That's it.
What venues see
When you vote, venues see the demand — how many people, which hours, roughly what they'd spend — never your name or email. When you book, the venue sees the name on the booking and your pass code, because they need to seat you.
What we never do
We don't sell your data, we don't hand your details to venues you haven't booked with, and we don't run advertising off your profile.
Your Work Checks
These are public and show the name on your profile and your contributor level. Everything else in your Passport stays private.
Deleting your account
Ask us and we'll remove your account and personal details. Work Checks you've posted stay up without your name attached, so other people don't lose the guidance — tell us if you'd rather they went too.
