What Free:Desk is
Free:Desk lists places people work from. Some pages are built from public information and reports from the community — those venues have no agreement with us. Others are partners who have agreed to hold seats; only those can be booked here.
What you post
Work Checks and reviews should be your honest experience. Don't post anything false, abusive, or about a place you haven't been. We can remove anything that breaks that.
Bookings and credit
When you book a seat at a partner venue, what you pay becomes venue credit to use toward eligible food or drinks at that venue during your visit. Credit is for that venue only, is not refunded, and doesn't convert to cash. If the venue can't honour your seat, you get your money back.
Cancelling
You can cancel a booking before it starts. Venues can cancel in exceptional circumstances — if they do, you're refunded in full.
Accuracy
We label how confident we are in every detail, and we say "unknown" rather than guess. Things still change. Check with the venue if something really matters to you.
